One&Only Resorts in China

One&Only is one of the world’s ultra-luxury resort brands. However, unlike it’s competitors, it doesn't have any resorts in China. So, the challenge has been to build brand awareness, and a community of engaged followers and future guests without the benefit of a local property to anchor communications and brand-building.

Innovative Brand Communications

We achieved this by finding ways to innovate campaigns, communications, partnerships and services, so we not only tell ‘stories’ that engage and inspire guests, but also enhance the guest experience by bringing more of the brand experience into their homes, their phones…

Original content and design, constantly refrshed and evolving with the global brand style, including campaigns and influencer (KOL) activations, created for distribution via owned channels including WeChat, Weibo, and 3rd party partner channels including luxury brands, travel media and OTAs.

We created the world's first

DIGITAL ADVENT CALENDAR

activation on social media, and partnered with famous luxury brands to widen reach, and build our community.

We created the first

WECHAT ACTIVITY CALENDAR

to enable guests to book activities directly from their preferred social media, to boost engagement and on-property sales.

Direct Booking Mini Program

International websites can be difficult for guests not confident in English. For a better experience, we created an experiential mini program that integrated a booking engibe with the resorts’ real-time available, rates and inventory (ARI) within the WeChat ecosystem. The mini program encourages exploration and discovery, and bookings to be settled in RMB, via WeChatPay in a few clicks.
